Christine Gray Collier – Clerk Morelli said she was asked by a resident to read the following into the record during Public Comment:

February 22, 2013

To Mayor Castañeda,

I would like to inform you that I am withdrawing my application to the tree board of Brockport. I sent in my application four months ago and have not had a response. I am very disappointed that my willingness to volunteer in Brockport has not been encouraged or recognized. I would like to make clear, for the record, that at the time of my application I was not affiliated with any outside group.
